Delete your account
After House lets you delete your account and associated personal data directly in the app. This page explains the process for Google Play and App Store compliance.
In the app (recommended)
- Open After House
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm in the dialog
What is removed
- Account and profile
- Avatar
- Reviews and takes
- Comments and likes
- Data linked to your account
Deletion is immediate in the app. Technical backups may retain copies for up to about one week. We may retain certain data when required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Active subscription
Canceling your subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play or the App Store before or after account deletion.
Without access to the app
Send an email with the subject "Account deletion — After House" and include the email address associated with your account.
