Child Safety Standards — After House

The following is strictly prohibited on After House:

• creating, uploading, storing, sharing, or distributing CSAM (any visual depiction — including photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery — involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct);
• sexually exploiting or abusing children, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking a child for sex, or any other form of child sexual exploitation;
• using the app to contact minors for sexual purposes or to facilitate abuse;
• publishing content that normalizes, promotes, or encourages the abuse or exploitation of children;
• attempting to obtain, trade, or disseminate sexually exploitative material involving minors.

These prohibitions apply to all user-generated content, including reviews, comments, mural messages, forum posts, AfterLive content, photos, profiles, and any other in-app interaction.

After House is intended for users aged 14 or older. Users under 14 must not use the application. We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age.

In the app: use the Report button available on reviews, user profiles, comments, mural posts, forum topics, AfterLive content, and other areas of the app. Describe the issue with as much detail as possible.

By email: contact equipeafterhouse@gmail.com with the subject line "Report — Child safety" and include, when possible, the type of content, identification of the reported user or content, and a description of what you observed.

We review all reports we receive.

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on After House, we act in accordance with these standards and applicable law, including:

• removing the identified content;
• suspending or terminating the responsible account, when appropriate;
• preserving records necessary for internal investigation and legal compliance;
• reporting confirmed CSAM to the competent authorities, as described in Section 5.

Our moderation process includes review of user-submitted reports and preventive action when we identify violations.

We comply with applicable child safety laws. When we confirm CSAM, we report it to the relevant regional authority, including:

• Brazil: official channels for reporting online crimes against children and adolescents (e.g., SaferNet Brazil — https://new.safernet.org.br/denuncie — and law enforcement);
• United States: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) — https://www.missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline;
• other countries: the equivalent local child protection authority.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first (in Brazil, dial 190) before emailing us.

After House is listed as a Social app on Google Play and complies with Google Play's Child Safety Standards (https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/14747720).
